Their premiere concert at Mišmaš in 2006 was partially kept in secrecy. OTK is closely connected with the Silver Rocket label, but unlike the other bands that draw inspiration from the US noise/HC music scene, their motivation stems from the Czech alternative scene. The band was founded in 1988. Since then it went through several personal and sound changes. The main enduring pillar of the band’s existence is Ondřej Ježek, an excellent soundman and a holder of Czech Lions for music and sound to the Alois Nebel movie.
